For Invesco’s Future Isn’t Scary campaign, two custom builds were fast-tracked in just three weeks to embody a sleek, near-future vision of technology and innovation. The first was a fully realized vehicle interior—engineered to appear production-ready while remaining modular for transport and filming on a motion control rig. Anchored by a steel frame and CNC rib structure, the cabin incorporated large-scale 3D-printed surfaces, integrated scenic lighting, hand wrapped textile components, and a dashboard feature designed for seamless VFX augmentation in postproduction. The second element was a bespoke pair of AR/VR glasses designed to mirror the vehicle’s aesthetic language while achieving a refined, wearable form. Built with custom-fabricated lenses and 3D-printed housings, the glasses combined sleek styling with hidden adjustability to accommodate a range of users without sacrificing precision, as an actor had not yet been cast. Together, the builds gave Invesco’s campaign a cinematic, tangible foundation for its futuristic narrative.
