Foundation

For season 3 of Foundation, I collaborated with costume designer Shawna Trpcic and SCPS lead costumer Shane Stover, to develop multiple sets of screen-ready armor, with a design evolved from sets previously seen in the series. Over thirty articulating components were designed for each set, uniquely tailored to two principal actors and replicated for stunt performers. The armor balanced structural rigidity with mobility, integrating soft goods into the build for comfort and performance. My role included full 3D design and fabrication design for every piece except the helmet, plus patterning and fabrication of the integrated textiles. The final result was both imposing and practical, delivering an iconic screen presence while enabling full stunt choreography.
